What a refreshing way to start a beautiful summer’s day! This zesty orange and carrot smoothie is lovely and delicious. The combination may seem strange but I assure you it tastes divine!
Slice 2 carrots and cook in some water in the microwave for 5 minutes or until soft.
Blend together the cooked carrots, 2 peeled oranges and 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Enjoy this light and fresh smoothie for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
