You take a deep breath before submerging your head along with your entire body into the refreshingly cool water. For a blissful 7 seconds you are completely segregated from the rest of the world. Your hearing is impaired by the water, blocking your ears from any noises of the busy world. You feel the soft tingle of the miniscule bubbles dancing on your cheeks as you breath out your last bit of air. It is so peaceful it almost like some sort of meditation. Before you know it you are forced to emerge from the gentle depths of the water.
Your need for air is unfortunately greater then your need for serenity.
