Oh my goodness. yum. This ice cream is truly delicious and is loved my all those who like a bit of peanut butter. The best part is that it is completely guilt-free!
In a bowl mix together: 220 ml full cream milk, 100 ml double thick Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Chill in the fridge until cooled to 5-10 degrees C. Churn in an ice cream maker for 20 to 30 minutes or until the ice cream has formed.
