Nachos are quite possibly my all time favourite thing to make for lunch. Nachos are made from corn and are therefore wheat-free. And who doesn’t love good ol’ Mexican style nachos?
The best way to eat nachos is to top them with chopped tomato and cheese, bang that in the oven at 180 degrees C until the cheese has melted and then serve with a delicious guacamole (it’s basically smushed avo with a bit of salt, pepper and lemon juice).
IT’S REALLY DELICIOUS.
You can top your nachos with anything you fancy such as chilli, beans, onion, sour cream etc.
