I am usually very anti anything that contains caffeine but the vast benefits of green tea far outweigh the negative affects of the caffeine it contains.
Enjoying a cup of green tea is a great way to end off breakfast, kick-starting your metabolism for more weight loss, or after a long day of school when you’re needing a bit of a pick-me-up. And remember; tea makes every situation better! So go ahead and have a cuppa.
