Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Smash up one ripe banana. Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and one tablespoon of peanut butter. Mix well until fully combined. Stir in 1 cup of oats. You should have a sticky, thick “dough” which you can roll into balls. Place on a place/tray in the refrigerator. This will allow the sticky balls to harden before you can enjoy them.
These really are so yummy and I’m really glad I thought of this recipe! Chocolate peanut butter energy bites make for the perfect energy boost when the snack attack during exam time hits.
