Banana Waffles

These started out as an experiment but ended in a truly delicious breakfast! They really were yummy and another healthy option to add to your breakfast repertoire.  478

1 banana
2 eggs
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Beat the banana and eggs.
Add the oats, cinnamon and vanilla.
Stir until combined.
Grease your waffle maker and once it is sufficiently warmed up, pour in enough batter to fill the machine. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4-5 waffles

I topped my waffles with Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice and sliced tree figs.
