The first time I made this delight I couldn’t believe the rare treasure I had stumbled upon. The ingredients were so simple yet when mixed together a new culinary creation was born. This concoction is too delicious to be called a mere smoothie so I decided to place ice cream in the name because it truly does taste like a wicked dessert.

This smoothie really is a dynamite package of energy and goodness making it the perfect way to kick-start your day or for a quick yet sustaining pick-me-up after sport or a long day at school. So here’s the recipe:
Blend together 4 tablespoons of double thick plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt), 1 tablespoon of sugar-free peanut butter, 1 frozen banana and 2 teaspoons of honey.
