These oatie delights are really delicious and super easy to make! You’ll probably find all of these ingredients in your cupboard at home so there is no need to go out of your way to bake these energy packed biscuits.
1 ripe banana
2 cups oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Add the egg and mix until combined. Stir in the oats, cinnamon and honey.
Place dollops of the mixture onto a lightly greased baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool on a cooling rack and then devour!
